Fun cooking course

I got the Gordon Ramsay Cooking class because my friend recommended it. Honestly, it was pretty cool. He's exactly how you'd expect, and I actually learned some stuff in the kitchen. The videos were easy to follow and I didn't have any trouble finding what I wanted. It's just a fun way to pick up a new skill.

Detailed Shonda Rhimes class, good support

I signed up for the Shonda Rhimes Writing class. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. I accessed the course immediately, which was nice. The video lessons were well-produced, and the downloadable workbook was a useful addition for taking notes. I had a small question about offline viewing, and customer support replied to my email within a day with clear instructions. The class itself was very insightful; she breaks down her process in an understandable way. Overall, a comprehensive experience.

Great value on annual plan

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal. I got the Annual Membership during a holiday sale, which gave me 50% off. It felt like a solid investment to access so many courses. I've already started the Gordon Ramsay Cooking class and it's fantastic. Definitely worth what I paid.

Solid content, but app could improve

I purchased the Chris Voss Negotiation class. The content was really strong, very practical advice, and he's an engaging speaker. Delivery was instant since it's all digital. Customer service was fine when I had a billing question. The only slight drawback is the mobile app sometimes buffers a bit, even on good Wi-Fi, which can be a little annoying. But for the price of the Annual Membership, the value is still excellent given the quality of instruction.

Good acting class

I bought the Natalie Portman Acting class. It was informative. The video quality was good. I learned some new techniques. Worth the annual membership.

Consistent quality, came back for more

This isn't my first time with MasterClass. I had an annual membership before and let it lapse, but decided to renew it specifically for the Neil deGrasse Tyson Science class. Their course quality is always consistent; the production values are high, and the experts truly are experts. It's just as reliable as my previous orders. They make it easy to jump back in, and I appreciate that the platform hasn't changed much, it's still user-friendly.
